Last night at the Osheaga music festival, we discovered the real talent behind Duffy. Great voice, great band, great stage presence. As the sun was setting over the Montreal Skyline, Duffy played one of her singles entitled : Hanging On Too Long. Coach Bombay and I couldn’t help noticing that the back beat resembled something we knew all to well. So this morning I threw together a little mix to see if you guys pick up on the sample. So yesterday me and coach hit up the Osheaga music festival for an eventful evening. Bands that we saw included Duffy, CSS, MGMT, Chromeo and Jack Johnson. Not bad for a Monday afternoon. Here’s the top 5 best things that happened to us yesterday :

It’s a rainy and very calm day here around Montreal today and I’m feeling old school. I find myself taking notes, digital ones that is, on my phone when I hear old songs and I just think they’re too good to forget and not download.
